Bluebells

We have a tiny area of woodland here in Orkney, which we call Hedgehog Wood, as the prevailing wind has shaped it so. It is stunning in the late spring, with wild garlic and bluebells in flower, as the trees, mainly sycamore, just come into leaf. The photo below was taken a few days ago. It is such a magical spot surrounded by farmland, yet brimming with wildness and natural beauty.
